CLOTHING RETURNS

We want you to love your NantucketSol apparel. Clothing may be returned or exchanged within 30 days if it meets the following conditions:

Returnable Clothing
​
Clothing items are eligible for return or exchange if they are:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Unstained
• Free of odors (including perfume, deodorant, smoke, pets, etc.)
• Tags still attached (if applicable)
Eligible items can receive a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Non-Returnable Clothing
For quality and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Worn or washed clothing
• Items with deodorant marks, makeup, stains, or pet hair
• Clothing with perfume, smoke, or other odors
• Final sale or clearance items
• Requests made after 30 days

Size Exchanges

Tried something on and it doesn’t fit?
We happily offer size exchanges as long as the item is still clean, unworn, and in new condition.

Returnable Tallow Balm

Unopened tallow balms or products damaged during shipping
These qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable (But We Still Take Care of You!)

If you tried the balm and it’s not your style, you’ll receive a full exchange or store credit toward any other product in our shop.
(We cannot offer cash refunds on used/open skincare for health and safety reasons.) -
